This fixes MIDI output of Pisound Micro after running for a while under full load and increases timing stability.

Like that! We don't get notifications of pushes.

This fixes MIDI output of Pisound Micro after running for a while under
full load and increases timing stability.

Ok, just fixed the line length limit on the commit too, I can't get used to such limitations on a widescreen display. 😆
